Postage

All Audra James products are made to order. Products take approximately 5 working days to formulate (not including Bespoke items) and you will be advised if your order will take longer than this. Please note that ingredients may sometimes differ in some products to the ones shown on here. Consistencies is aroma, texture and colour may change - due to using entirely natural ingredients that vary from season to season. 

Audra James uses Australia Post for all orders within Australia and overseas. The postage charged when ordering is for regular post within Australia. If you are ordering from overseas, please contact us for a quote on rates. Please note that we are not responsible for customs fees that may be charged for overseas orders. 

If you wish to upgrade your postage from regular post to Express or courier, please contact us for a quote.

Returns

Because all products are made to order, returns are not possible but as we value your custom,  please contact us as soon as possible by email if there are any problems with your order.

In the event of a product or products having to be returned, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact us first to ensure that the correct mailing details are used. It is also the responsibility of the customer to register the items to ensure that they are returned safely and are trackable. Any items returned must be returned in full or contain at least 75% of the total of each product. Please note that any postage on returns is not included in any refund, should there be one.

Damaged Goods

If upon receiving your products, they are damaged in any way or your order is incorrect please contact us by email as soon as possible at audrajames@gmail.com
