PRODUCTS, PAYMENT, RETURNS AND SHIPPING
All products are formulated to order by Audra James
Depending on the order and demand at the time, this can take up to 7 business days. If for any reason your order will take longer, you will be advised of this.
Bespoke items take approximately 10 business days to formulate. Bespoke Perfumes take a minimum of 6 weeks from the time of ordering.
We use Australia Post for mailing.
Most products can be mailed overseas. Due to some air travel restrictions, some products cannot be sent by air mail. If this is the case, the product information will state this.
Products ordered from overseas may be subject to customs charges which is something we have no control over.
Because products are formulated to order, there can sometimes be slight variations in colour, aroma. This is perfectly natural due to seasonal changes in ingredients. There may also be variations in packaging and the packaging that you receive may not necessarily be that shown on the website.
Due to hygiene reasons and the personal nature of beauty products, we are unable to accept returns on any used or opened items under any circumstances. We ask you to check your products before opening to ensure you have the right product.
If you found you ordered the wrong product, or we sent the wrong product, please contact email@example.com to arrange return of the product. All returns returned must be unopened and unused.
If a product is deemed defective or if at any time you are not satisfied with a product when you receive it, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your product.
Treatments and Sessions are payable at the time or prior. If you are late for your Treatment or Session, you will unfortunately lose that time and if you do not show up for your Treatment or Session, you may be charged in full. We do ask that any cancellations or changes to your booking be done 48 hours prior to your treatment, so that your space can be offered to another client. If you need to cancel your booking less than 48 hours prior to your Treatment or Booking, you may be charged part of the fee.
