Stress can impact every area of our lives, making it difficult to feel relaxed, happy and calm. Managing stress doesn't need to be time consuming or complicated. It's more about quality over quantity and it's much more effective to include some short relaxation and stress reducing rituals into your day than trying to find the time to meditate for an hour or so.
Doing this also has a cumulative effect and also means that when stress happens (as it does) that not only will be you feel calmer and more able to cope, but also have a number of techniques that you can easily use to manage stress.
During this one off customised session, we'll talk about which techniques will work best for your lifestyle and particular situation and then I'll show you step by step how you can easily incorporate these very effective rituals into your life, no matter how busy or stressed you are. Techniques are different for each person, but may include self massage, acupressure, mini meditations, relaxation breathing, behavioral thinking and the use of essential oils for emotional change.
At the end of your session, you will have learnt a number of techniques to manage stress that will help you to feel more positive, happier and relaxed.
