Facial Acupressure stems from Traditional Chinese Medicine. It’s similar to acupuncture but without the needles. This practice applies pressure to specific points to rebalance energy flow.

It’s a treatment that you may have had during a facial. It offers a number of benefits and can help with:

Under-eye puffiness and dark circles
Jaw tension
Stress and anxiety

Sinus congestion

The beauty of Facial Acupressure is that it’s easy to learn and you don’t need any tools, just your fingers (or knuckles). Once learnt, it can be used whenever you need, or on a daily basis for overall wellbeing and skin health. It’s also enjoyable to use and feels very relaxing.

This in-person session with Audra James takes place at Kangaroo Point, Brisbane. This is a one-on-one session, but please get in touch to enquire about larger groups or if you’d like to share this workshop with a friend.

Cost $250 AUD 

Please note this workshop is not suitable to attend while pregnant or if you’ve had dermal fillers or Botox within 6 weeks of your workshop date.
